Website and online-sale terms

Indicative information

Website descriptions and prices are starting points in Singapore dollars. Wali Engineers is not GST-registered at present, so GST is not charged. Prices remain subject to technical validation, stock, site conditions, access, quantities and written confirmation.

Orders and fulfilment

An online payment records the selected package or product. Wali Engineers may contact you to confirm compatibility, scheduling, delivery, installation, training arrangements or a suitable alternative before fulfilment.

Site-dependent works

Installation, maintenance and project work may require a survey and final written scope. Material changes in scope, access, programme or site conditions are treated as variations and agreed before additional work proceeds.

Products and training

Product model, warranty, delivery and compatibility are confirmed before fulfilment. Training dates, venue, participant numbers and prerequisites are confirmed separately.

Payments and cancellations

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, rescheduling and cancellations are assessed against the confirmed order, committed costs and work already performed. Contact us promptly if an order needs to change.
